Dão, Portugal:  Made from 100% Encruzado, a white varietal native to Portugal. It has aromas of  apple, yellow pear and floral notes. The palate is light bodied with zesty acidity and ripe tropical fruits and a touch of minerality. Very approachable right now, a great discovery!
