Anchored in the Chablis soil for 6 generations the Moreau family is today one of the most highly esteemed wine proprietors thanks to their quality wines from vineyards in the most prestigious appellations. No oak is used in their wine, either during vinification or in aging, so is a typical example of a quality Chablis 1er Cru.
"We decided to bottle this vintage by the end of January. Its surprisingly supple nose for a vintage still very young is supported by a nice minerality through notes of green apple. In the mouth, it reveals notes that are more lemony, reminiscent of its minerality." Louis Moreau, Winemaker.
