Although Rhône is most famous for it's reds, Côtes-du-Rhône Blanc, made from Grenache Blanc (White Grenache) has long graced the lunch and dinner tables of French families. Yes, it's the type of wine the French drink. White Grenache, has refreshing flavors of floral, citrus, herb and anise. It reminds me of a well rounded and very creamy Chardonnay.
