Located on the foothills of the Massif Central, where a number of small valleys meet on their way to the plain of the river Saône. The wine is made at the Manoir du Pavé, with five or six days of vinification to bring out the fresh grape flavours and the liveliness of this wine. Its bright red colour, fresh grape aromas and mouth of red fruit flavours, go excellently with cold meats and roast poultry.
