Hi Folks, Earlier this year we brought to you our First Sardinian Red the Pala i Fiori Cannonau di Sardegna, which went onto to become our biggest selling Sardinian Red ever! This is thankfully still available, but if you're like me and also have a passion for all things Sardinian Whites than its hard to look past our personal favourite the 5 x Tre-Bicchieri Awarded Vigne Surrau 'Branu' Vermentino di Gallura! Along with its stunning beaches and coastline; Vermentino di Gallura has become the other must-see attraction from this beautiful part of the World. And undeniably one of the top producer's of Vermentino is Vigne Surrau who have recently released their 2020 edition which is very aromatic; with peach blossoms, lemon-zest, yellow apple and citrus aromas. It has a rich, creamy texture that carries the apple and peach fruit into the finish, where the acidity-emerges into a stony minerality that lingers.
We have many customers who absolutely adore this wine and for good reason (its delicious!) and with the warmer weather coming up this is the perfect time to get on board!

''This savory, enticing white will transport you to the seaside thanks to aromas that recall Mediterranean brush, white spring wildflowers, a sea breeze and a warm, sandy beach. On the delicious palate, tangy acidity accompanies ripe white peach, lemon drop candy and saline.'' 93 Points, Editor's Choice, Kerin O'Keefe, Wine Enthusiast Magazine
