Familia Torres was founded in Vilafranca del Penedès in 1870 and remains one of Spain’s most respected family-owned producers. First released in 1954, Sangre de Toro is a classic DO Catalunya blend of Garnacha and Cariñena, presented here in a convenient 375ml half bottle.

The 2023 is a dry, medium-bodied red with ripe Morello cherry, raspberry and darker fruit, complemented by dried-herb notes, soft tannins and a lingering finish. It received a Silver Medal at the 2025 IWSC, whose judges praised its aromatic, layered character and supple palate.
