Fresh and ripe blackcurrant on the nose with lifted notes of garrigues herbs that will develop further as the wine ages. This wine is medium-full bodied and displays black fruit aromas on the palate. Beautiful long finish.

Mas des Bressades is one of the leading wineries in Costieres de Nimes. 

The Costières de Nîmes was settled by veterans of Julius Caesar's campaigns in Egypt, and today's appellation pays tribute to that little bit of history with the symbol of this particular Roman settlement: a crocodile chained to a palm tree.....(that's today's history lesson!)
