Immich-Batterieberg Riesling Kabinett Trocken 2019

The Immich family history in the Mosel dates back to the Middle Ages, when a Prince von Esch possessed the 12th-century building. Located in the center of Enkirch, the original section of the castle, Escheburg, is named after him. This dry Riesling shows fresh white fruits on a sleek palate. The lively acid draws out the crisp fruits, florals, and minerals. These tense characteristics collide and cascade to a soft creamy finish.

This offers ripe, intense and pretty juicy fruit on the nose intertwined with a subtle slate aroma. Bottled with 10.5% alcohol, this is an intense, juicy, well-structured and refreshing Riesling with floral aromas on the nicely pure and slatey-crunchy finish.
