Artuke, a small family-operated winery located in the highest part of Rioja, has produced wines so exceptional over the last decade that they are now considered among the best. Artuke have a very different flavour profile to the more traditional Rioja reds, with less prominent oak, and greater finesse and balance.  This sub-$30 Rioja is composed of 95% Tempranillo and a touch of Viura for aromatic lift, all grown by Artuke around the town of Baños de Ebro.
