100% Lagrein. Intense, dark garnet red, elegant, fruity bouquet reminiscent of blackberries, full and velvety in the finish, smooth, but complex tannin structure. Wilhelm Walch's Lagrein Alto Adige DOC is an excellent red wine that comes from the renowned South Tyrol wine region in Italy. This beautifully structured wine shows a deep ruby ​​red color with a bouquet of wild berries, cherries and spices. On the palate it is full-bodied and velvety with hints of sweetness and a lingering finish. 

The Wilhelm Walch winery lies in the traditional wine village of Tramin in Alto Adige, the northernmost Italian wine-producing region. Since its founding in 1869, it has remained in the hands of the founders, the Walchs, who have decisively influenced the development of Alto Adige wine culture.
