Moscato sits at the top of the hierarchy of all of Bera's wines. This is one of the very few wineries in Italy where sweet wine is king, the flagship, and continues to be the estate’s most revered wine. The Moscato features aromas of mint and sage entwined with yellow peach, green apricot and kiwi fruit aromatics with high notes of lemon, citron and fluffy meringue. Incredibly fresh.
''Here in 2022 the wine is fresh off the charts and announcing its charm without equivocation. They will drink well after four years and up to at least 10.'' 92 Points, Michael Godel
“This classic Piedmontese sparkler is produced by Alessandra Bera using the Charmat method. Fresh and fruity, this dessert-style wine is always best enjoyed very soon after release. Pale yellow with tints of green, lively aromas of fresh grapes, honey, white flowers and orange blossoms. Rich and sweet but rounded by brisk acidity, perfect to accompany fruity desserts, almond cheese cake or smooth cheeses and apricots.” 93 Points & 5 Stars, Beverage Dynamics Magazine (Previous Vintage Review)
“This takes me to summer, even on this cold, gloomy day. It's jasmine, frangipani, old-fashioned roses, dianthus; it's honeyed (you're talking pale-gold spring-blossom honey), it's apple nectar, it's a nip of ginger root in syrup and a pin prick of clove. Tiny, tiny bubbles just prickle the mouth and get all that residual sugar into a congo-dancing line. It turns into poached oranges and pears as it draws to a close.” Jancis Robinson (Previous Vintage Review)
