Pasqua Soave DOC 2021

Whoa, what a surprise packet this wine was. It must be the cheapest Soave in Australia, but don't let the price mislead you, this is one very good value wine. Soave is an Italian white wine made of Gargenega grapes grown in you guessed it, of Soave in Northern Italy.

The bouquet is reminiscent of yellow-fleshed fruits such as golden delicious apples and white peaches and also displays delicate hints of white flowers. On the palate this wine is fresh, tangy and well-balanced. Serve with anti pasti, risotto and seafood dishes.
