"Made up from top sites such as Bas de Chapelot, l’Araignée, plus some from Pargues. Olivier has made up an approximate blend for this sample, including a proportion made in barrel. Tête d’Or will be bottled with the 1ers Crus. Another pale colour. The wood infuses the bouquet without drowning the fruit.
