"The #1 Up-and-Coming producer in all of Champagne"
Tom Stevenson, Chair of the Champagne & Sparkling Wine World Championships and author of the Champagne & Sparkling Wines World Encyclopaedia
"Light-mid straw-yellow colour; very nutty bouquet shows some aldehydes, with an almond-meal, toasted-nut and almost marzipan note, the aldehydes lending some sherry-like character. Barrel fermentation suspected. The palate is rich and powerful with terrific concentration. A rich and mult-layered wine with a very persistent finish and cleansing, appetising dryness that begs another sip. Voluminous flavour. An outstanding Champagne and a discovery for me." Rating: 97 Points. Huon Hooke. The Real Review.
"With the extra maturity from bottle aging, this wine has hints of toastiness to balance its dry, low dosage character. It also offers ripe pear and apricot fruit, a floral character and a rich aftertaste. Drink now." Roger Voss. Wine Enthusiast.
