''It reveals notes of fleshy cassis, fresh red berries and a hint of raspberry associated with a discreet hint of blackberry, violet as well as hints of toasted oak, spices, dark chocolate, a hint of mocha and a subtle hint of licorice. The palate is well balanced, silky and offers juiciness, freshness as well as a certain deepness. Tannins are fine, and has a good length.'' 91 Points, Vertde Vin Magazine (France)
'It's true that only one Bordeaux wine made it through to our Best In Show collection this year, but that wine is a commanding one. This statuesque St Emilion Grand Cru is dark black-red in colour; aromatically, its glowing ripe black fruits both seem to be sweetened yet freshened by classy oak. The palate is expansive, amply ripe, rich and gratifying, lent complexity by flavours of smoke and earth but by firm supporting tannins, too, as well as by sweet-toned acidity. All the lineaments are there for a hugely enjoyable wine.'' 97 Points, Best Bordeaux on Show, Decanter World Wine Awards (Previous Vintage Review)
The vineyards of Chateau Queyron Pindefleurs are located at the foot of the southern hillsides of the medieval city of Saint-Emilion. Since 1937 the Fillon family has cultivated this exceptional terroir with passion and pride to produce wines that are rich, elegant and harmonious.
“2015s are wonderfully sensual, exotic wines that should drink well relatively early and also reward aging” Antonio Galloni
''The 2015 vintage is an extremely exciting year for Bordeaux, producing wines with exuberant fruit character and plenty of tannin backbone to give them form and tension. They have a unique ripe fruit character that remains cool and fresh. It’s an outstanding year with charisma. The wines of 2015 are wonderful in so many ways, they have a dynamism that make me want to buy some!'' James Suckling
''Bordeaux 2015 is a great vintage, its balance reminds me of the 2005s, its approachability recalls the 2009s while the freshness and focus reminds me of 2010. The red wines are consistent across the board. This is an impressive, excellent year for Bordeaux.'' Jeannie Cho Lee, Forbes.com
