Diez Caballero Rioja Crianza Tempranillo 2020

Hi Folks, Just like you we have always held a soft spot for Tempranillo from Spain's Legendary Rioja wine region; and so when we received access to a Rioja Tempranillo Crianza from one of the rising stars in the region 'Diez Caballero' and with an extra special 50% discount attached we couldn't contain our excitement! Normally this Rioja Crianza Tempranillo 2020 would be around $30+ on the shelf,.. but not here as we have this available right now for just $16.80!! (Yep, you read that correctly!) I don't recall ever seeing a Rioja Crianza Tempranillo priced under $23, let alone $17.. But I have now!

Diez Caballero is a third generation family owned winery located in the village of Elciego in the prestigious Alavesa district of Rioja.  Diez Caballero’s Rioja's come exclusively from estate-owned vineyards.

As for my take, its a beautifully crafted Rioja in the classic style. Layers of dark berry fruit and hazelnut chocolate are met with a touch of minerality and smooth, silky notes of toasty vanilla from the combination of French and American oak. Tannins are soft and perfectly integrated.

Now I must inform you that there will not be another shipment of this wine at this price ever again, so if you adore your Crianza Rioja Tempranillo's from at a very friendly price point, than please take advantage of this special offer!
