Domaine de Cala Classic Rose 2025

Domaine de Cala is based in the elevated hills of the Coteaux Varois en Provence, where its vineyards grow on clay-limestone soils and have been organically farmed since 2022. The estate has more than 60 years of rosé production behind it, with around 50 hectares of vines across the Château La Source property. The 2025 Classic Rosé is the domaine’s pure, fresh expression of Provençal rosé, shaped by the cooler conditions of this higher-altitude appellation.

Pale and delicate in style, the Classic Rosé typically shows fresh red fruits and citrus with bright acidity and a mineral, lightly saline finish. The producer’s technical information for the cuvée describes gentle pressing, cool settling and fermentation and maturation in temperature-controlled stainless steel, preserving freshness and aromatic clarity.
