Domaine de la Grenaudière is an Ollivier family estate in Maisdon-sur-Sèvre, with a winegrowing history dating to 1723. Situated between the Sèvre and Maine rivers on granite soils, it specialises in Melon de Bourgogne, the grape behind Muscadet. This classic Sèvre et Maine Sur Lie is fermented in stainless steel and matured on fine lees in underground glass-lined vats.
The 2025 offers lime, wildflower and citrus aromas, followed by yellow-fruit flavours and lively freshness. Lees ageing brings a gentle roundness that balances the wine’s crisp, dry character. A refreshing Loire white to enjoy with oysters, shellfish or simply prepared fish, presented here in a convenient 375ml half-bottle.
