Gerhard and Brigitte Pittnauer are based in Gols, on the eastern shore of Lake Neusiedl in Burgenland. The biodynamically farmed estate is particularly renowned for its vibrant, characterful Austrian reds, combining minimal-intervention winemaking with excellent drinkability.

Pitti 2023 is a juicy, approachable blend of Zweigelt and Blaufränkisch, matured in large, seasoned oak vessels. Dark berries, ripe cherry, blackcurrant, sweet spice and savoury herbs lead into a supple, medium-bodied palate with mellow tannins and bright, balanced acidity. Fresh and energetic, it is also delicious served lightly chilled. 13% alcohol.
