The 2023 release of the Tenuta Ulisse Rosé IGP received a mighty 98 Point rating by Italy's most trusted wine writer Luca Maroni in his 2023 Annual Italian Wine Guide. This sub -$25 Rosé comes from a winery with a tremendous pedigree for producing quality Italian wines that offer great value across the board; be it their colossal Amaranta di Ulisse Montepulciano D'Abruzzo to their flagship white Tenuta Ulisse Terre di Chieti Pecorino; they really are the benchmark Italian Winery and their 2023 Rosé is another exceptional addition to their lineup.

This is a pure and fresh rosé that comes from the union of the native Abruzzo varietal of Montepulciano and the international dimension of Merlot, both affected by the favourable proximity to the sea. Pale pink to the eye, it gives the nose a range of fresh fruit driven scents of the Mediterranean. The taste is fresh and delicate in terms of structure, with hints of citrus and mineral notes that pleasantly intertwine with its texture.
